01 Who runs these promotions

The rewards wheel is offered and run by UrPrice — the company named on our Legal Disclosures page. A giveaway is announced and its prize is supplied by the seller hosting the live show; UrPrice runs the draw (§6).

Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any manner. Apple Inc. does not sponsor, endorse, administer or run the rewards wheel or any giveaway, and has no responsibility for any prize. Google and every other app-store or platform provider are likewise not sponsors.

01 من يدير هذه العروض

تقدّم يور برايس عجلة المكافآت وتديرها — وهي الشركة المذكورة في صفحة الإفصاحات النظامية. أما السحب فيعلنه البائع الذي يقدّم البث المباشر ويوفّر جائزته بنفسه، وتتولى يور برايس إجراء السحب (البند 6).

شركة Apple ليست راعيةً وليست مشاركة بأي شكل من الأشكال. فلا ترعى Apple Inc. عجلة المكافآت ولا أي سحب، ولا تؤيدهما ولا تديرهما، ولا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أي جائزة. وكذلك لا تُعد Google ولا أي متجر تطبيقات أو مزوّد منصة آخر راعياً لها.

02 Who can take part

You need a registered UrPrice account in good standing, and you must meet the eligibility rules in our Terms — including being at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live).
One person, one account. Points, spins and giveaway entries belong to the account that earned them and cannot be transferred, sold or combined with another account.
A seller cannot win a giveaway in their own live show. Viewers who are not signed in cannot win a giveaway.
Where a promotion is not permitted by the law that applies to you, you may not take part in it.

02 من يحق له المشاركة

تحتاج إلى حساب مسجّل في يور برايس غير موقوف، وأن تستوفي شروط الأهلية الواردة في شروط الاستخدام — ومنها ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً (أو سن الرشد النظامي في بلد إقامتك).
شخص واحد وحساب واحد. فالنقاط واللفات وفرص الدخول في السحوبات تخص الحساب الذي اكتسبها، ولا يجوز تحويلها أو بيعها أو دمجها مع حساب آخر.
لا يحق للبائع الفوز في سحب يُجرى في بثه هو. ولا يحق للمشاهد غير المسجّل دخوله الفوز في أي سحب.
إذا كان النظام الذي يسري عليك لا يجيز أحد هذه العروض، فلا تجوز لك المشاركة فيه.

03 Giveaways need no purchase; the wheel needs paid bids

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter a giveaway, and paying does not improve your chance of winning one.

Giveaways are free to enter: follow the seller and be watching the live show when the draw is made (§6). A seller may not make a purchase, a bid or any payment a condition of entering.
The rewards wheel is different. Spins are bought only with loyalty points, and loyalty points are earned only by bidding in auctions. Bidding needs a saved payment card (as well as a delivery address and a payment authorization), and points are credited only once the lot's winning order is paid (§4). Points cannot be bought.
Points, spins and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

03 السحوبات لا تشترط الشراء، والعجلة تتطلب مزايدات مدفوعة

لا يُشترط أي شراء أو دفع للدخول في السحب، ولا يزيد الدفعُ فرصتك في الفوز به.

السحوبات مجانية: تابع البائع وكن مشاهداً للبث المباشر لحظة إجراء السحب (البند 6). ولا يجوز للبائع أن يشترط شراءً أو مزايدةً أو أي دفع للدخول في السحب.
عجلة المكافآت مختلفة. لا تُشترى اللفات إلا بنقاط الولاء، ولا تُكتسب نقاط الولاء إلا بالمزايدة في المزادات. وتتطلب المزايدة بطاقة دفع محفوظة (إلى جانب عنوان توصيل وتفويض بالدفع)، ولا تُضاف النقاط إلا بعد دفع طلب الفائز بالقطعة (البند 4). ولا يمكن شراء النقاط.
ليس للنقاط ولا للفات ولا للمكافآت قيمة نقدية، ولا يجوز استبدالها بالمال.

04 How spins are earned

Every accepted bid you place on an auction lot — including a bid Autopilot places for you — earns loyalty points worth a set percentage of the bid amount. Losing bidders earn too.
Points are credited to every bidder on a lot at once, when the lot's winning order is paid. If the win is cancelled or never paid, nobody earns points from that lot; if the order is later refunded, the points it earned are taken back.
One spin costs a set number of points. The cost and your balance are shown on the wheel screen in the app.

04 كيف تُكتسب اللفات

كل مزايدة مقبولة تقدّمها على قطعة في مزاد — ومنها المزايدة التي تقدّمها «المزايدة التلقائية» نيابةً عنك — تكسبك نقاط ولاء بنسبة محددة من مبلغها. والمزايدون الذين لا يفوزون يكسبونها أيضاً.
تُضاف النقاط إلى جميع المزايدين على القطعة دفعةً واحدة عند دفع طلب الفائز بها. فإذا أُلغي الفوز أو لم يُدفع لم يكسب أحد نقاطاً من تلك القطعة، وإذا استُرد مبلغ الطلب لاحقاً سُحبت النقاط التي أكسبها.
تكلّف اللفة الواحدة عدداً محدداً من النقاط، وتظهر التكلفة ورصيدك في شاشة العجلة داخل التطبيق.

05 The rewards wheel and its prizes

Each wheel prize is one of four kinds:

Wallet credit — an amount in Saudi riyals added to your UrPrice wallet straight away, usable on purchases on UrPrice. Like all wallet balance it has no cash value beyond use on the Platform (Terms §7).
Free shipping — a credit that removes the shipping fee from one future order. It is applied automatically at checkout and expires after the period shown with it in the app.
Try again — the points the spin cost are returned to you.
No prize — the spin ends without a reward.

The wheel shows the prizes on offer before you spin. Each spin is a separate draw: the result is decided on our server with a cryptographically secure random number, and earlier results do not affect the next one. The spinning wheel only shows a result that has already been decided — how or when you tap does not affect it.

We may change the prizes on the wheel, or how often each comes up, from time to time. A change applies only to spins made after it.

05 عجلة المكافآت وجوائزها

كل جائزة في العجلة واحدة من أربعة أنواع:

رصيد في المحفظة — مبلغ بالريال السعودي يُضاف فوراً إلى محفظتك في يور برايس، ويُستخدم في المشتريات على المنصة. وكسائر رصيد المحفظة، ليست له قيمة نقدية خارج استخدامه على المنصة (البند 7 من الشروط).
شحن مجاني — رصيد يُسقط رسوم الشحن عن طلب واحد قادم، ويُطبَّق تلقائياً عند الدفع، وتنتهي صلاحيته بعد المدة المعروضة معه في التطبيق.
حاول مرة أخرى — تُعاد إليك النقاط التي كلّفتها اللفة.
بلا جائزة — تنتهي اللفة دون مكافأة.

تعرض العجلة الجوائز المتاحة قبل أن تلف. وكل لفة سحبٌ مستقل: تُحدَّد نتيجتها على خادمنا برقم عشوائي آمن تشفيرياً، ولا تؤثر النتائج السابقة في اللفة التالية. ودوران العجلة لا يعرض إلا نتيجة حُدّدت مسبقاً — فطريقة الضغط أو توقيته لا تؤثر فيها.

قد نغيّر الجوائز في العجلة، أو مدى تكرار ظهور كل منها، من وقت لآخر. ولا يسري التغيير إلا على اللفات التي تُجرى بعده.

06 Live-show giveaways

A seller may start a giveaway during their live show and announces the prize in the show. A countdown banner tells viewers a giveaway is running and when it ends.
When the countdown ends, UrPrice's server draws one winner at random, with a cryptographically secure random number, from everyone who at that moment is signed in, is watching the show and follows the seller. Every eligible viewer has the same chance; the seller cannot choose or influence the winner.
The winner is shown in the live show by their UrPrice display name and receives an in-app notification. If nobody is eligible when the countdown ends, there is no winner.
The seller is responsible for providing the prize they announced and for delivering it to the winner. If a seller does not, tell us (§9) and we will take it up with the seller under our seller rules.

06 السحوبات في البث المباشر

يجوز للبائع أن يبدأ سحباً أثناء بثه المباشر، ويعلن جائزته في البث. ويُعلم شريطُ العدّ التنازلي المشاهدين بأن سحباً جارٍ وبموعد انتهائه.
عند انتهاء العدّ التنازلي يسحب خادم يور برايس فائزاً واحداً عشوائياً، برقم عشوائي آمن تشفيرياً، من بين كل من يكون في تلك اللحظة مسجّلاً دخوله ومشاهداً للبث ومتابعاً للبائع. ولكل مشاهد مؤهل الفرصة نفسها، ولا يستطيع البائع اختيار الفائز ولا التأثير في اختياره.
يُعرض الفائز في البث باسمه الظاهر في يور برايس، ويصله إشعار داخل التطبيق. وإذا لم يكن هناك أي مشاهد مؤهل عند انتهاء العدّ التنازلي، فلا فائز.
يتحمل البائع مسؤولية توفير الجائزة التي أعلنها وتسليمها إلى الفائز. وإن لم يفعل فأبلغنا (البند 9) وسنتابع الأمر معه وفق قواعد البائعين لدينا.

07 Receiving a prize

Wheel prizes are credited to your account automatically the moment the spin is decided — you do not need to claim them. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or swapped for a different prize. Any tax that applies to a prize is the winner's responsibility, except where the law places it on us.

07 استلام الجائزة

تُضاف جوائز العجلة إلى حسابك تلقائياً لحظة تحديد نتيجة اللفة — دون حاجة إلى المطالبة بها. ولا يجوز استبدال الجوائز بالنقد ولا تحويلها إلى حساب آخر ولا مبادلتها بجائزة أخرى. ويتحمل الفائز أي ضريبة تسري على الجائزة، إلا حيث يوجب النظام تحمّلنا لها.

08 Fair play and changes

We may withhold or take back points, spins or prizes obtained through error, fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, automated means or bids placed only to earn points, and may suspend the accounts involved. We may change, pause or end the rewards wheel or giveaways at any time; changes to these rules take effect when published here, and never take away a prize already credited to you fairly.

08 اللعب النظيف والتعديلات

يحق لنا حجب النقاط أو اللفات أو الجوائز أو استردادها إذا اكتُسبت عن طريق الخطأ أو الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام أو تعدد الحسابات أو الوسائل الآلية أو مزايدات لا يُقصد بها إلا كسب النقاط، ويحق لنا إيقاف الحسابات المعنية. ويحق لنا تعديل عجلة المكافآت أو السحوبات أو إيقافها مؤقتاً أو إنهاؤها في أي وقت، وتسري التعديلات على هذه القواعد عند نشرها هنا، ولا تُسقط أي جائزة أُضيفت إلى حسابك بوجه مشروع.

These rules are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as set out in our Terms. If you think a spin or a draw went wrong, or a giveaway prize was not delivered, contact us and we will look into it.

تخضع هذه القواعد لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، على النحو الوارد في شروط الاستخدام. وإذا رأيت أن لفةً أو سحباً لم يجرِ كما ينبغي، أو أن جائزة سحب لم تُسلَّم، فتواصل معنا وسننظر في الأمر.
