01 Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UrPrice app, seller portal, and related services (together, "UrPrice" or the "Platform"). By creating an account, verifying your phone number, bidding, buying, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use UrPrice.

02 Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and legally able to enter contracts.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one‑time SMS passcode — there is no password. Keep access to your phone number secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information (name, email, city, date of birth) and keep it up to date. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.
• One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.

03 What UrPrice is

UrPrice is a live‑streaming marketplace where independent sellers present products in real time and buyers bid in live auctions or buy instantly. Unless expressly stated, UrPrice acts as the platform connecting buyers and sellers and facilitating payment, shipping, and tax invoicing. The seller is the merchant of record for the goods sold and is responsible for the products, their description, and their fulfilment, except where UrPrice states that it sells an item directly.

04 Auctions, bids & finality

This is the most important section. Please read it in full.

• A bid is a binding offer. Every bid you place is an irrevocable offer to buy the item at that price. You cannot retract a bid once it is placed.
• Winning is final. When an auction ends and you are the highest bidder, you have entered a binding contract to purchase the item at your winning price, plus applicable fees, taxes, and shipping. Winning bids are final and cannot be cancelled by you.
• We charge you automatically. On winning, we charge your saved payment method for the total due (see §6). By bidding you authorise this charge.
• Auction mechanics. Auctions run for the time the seller sets, with any anti‑sniping extensions shown in the app. The highest valid bid when the auction closes wins. We may reject or reverse bids that are fraudulent, erroneous, or made in breach of these Terms.
• Non‑payment. If a charge for a winning bid fails, we may retry the charge, recover the amount from your wallet, restrict your account, and/or bar you from future bidding. Repeated non‑payment is a breach of these Terms.

05 Buy Now

Some items can be bought instantly at a fixed price. Selecting Buy Now creates a binding purchase and authorises us to charge your saved payment method immediately, subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable after purchase, we will cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

06 Payment & card‑on‑file (important)

Payments are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) through a payment gateway licensed in the Kingdom, supporting mada, Visa, and Mastercard. Prices you see in other currencies are indicative and settle in SAR.

You authorise UrPrice and its payment processor to charge your saved payment method for winning bids, Buy‑Now purchases, wallet top‑ups, shipping, taxes, and any other amounts you owe under these Terms. Card‑scheme rules for card‑on‑file and merchant‑initiated transactions apply.

07 Wallet & top‑ups

UrPrice may offer a wallet to hold balance for bidding and purchases. Top‑ups are charged to your saved card. Wallet balance can be applied to purchases and, where a refund is due, may be credited back to your wallet or original payment method as described in §10. Wallet balance has no cash value beyond use on the Platform except where the law requires otherwise.

08 Fees, prices & VAT

• Prices are shown in SAR and, where applicable, include or clearly indicate Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing Saudi rate.
• We issue tax invoices for purchases in line with Saudi tax (ZATCA) requirements.
• Sellers may be charged platform commission and fees under a separate seller agreement.
• Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm and are added to your total.

09 Shipping & delivery

• Purchased items are shipped to the address you provide, primarily through our licensed courier partners within Saudi Arabia and, where offered, the wider GCC.
• Sellers are expected to hand over sold items for dispatch within the timeframe stated in the seller policy; typical delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your order tracking.
• Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, courier, weather, or seller handling. We and the seller will work in good faith to resolve delays.
• You are responsible for giving a correct, complete address and for being reachable for delivery. Failed deliveries caused by wrong details or unavailability may incur re‑delivery or return costs.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

10 Returns & refunds

Because UrPrice is an auction and live‑commerce platform, all sales are final and winning bids and Buy‑Now purchases are not cancellable simply because you changed your mind. However, consistent with Saudi consumer‑protection and e‑commerce rules, you are entitled to a remedy in the following cases:

• Not as described, defective, damaged, or counterfeit. If the item you receive is materially not as described, faulty, damaged in transit, or not genuine, you may report it within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will review and, where the claim is valid, arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
• Wrong item or item never delivered — you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
• Order we cancel (e.g. out of stock after purchase) — we refund any amount charged.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or wallet, less any non‑refundable charges where allowed by law, typically within a reasonable period after the returned item is received and inspected. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition unless they arrived defective. To start a claim, use the order screen in the app or contact support@urprice.sa. This section does not limit rights you have under mandatory Saudi consumer‑protection law.

11 Sellers

If you sell on UrPrice, additional terms apply. You agree that:

• You will list only genuine goods you are legally entitled to sell, described accurately, and priced in good faith.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including Saudi e‑commerce, consumer‑protection, and tax rules, and hold any required commercial registration.
• You will fulfil sold orders promptly and handle valid return/refund claims fairly.
• Payouts are made to your verified bank details, net of commission and fees, subject to the seller agreement and any holds for disputes or chargebacks.
• You are responsible for the products you sell and for your conduct on live streams.

12 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Place bids you do not intend to honour, manipulate auctions, shill‑bid, or use bots.
• Commit fraud, launder money, or use stolen payment methods.
• Post or stream unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexual, or misleading content.
• Sell prohibited, counterfeit, or unsafe goods.
• Circumvent security, scrape the Platform, or interfere with its operation.
• Impersonate others or misuse another user's account.

13 Your content & live streams

You keep ownership of content you post or stream. You grant UrPrice a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Platform. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the rights to it. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and streams that breach these Terms or the law, and we operate reporting and safety tools to keep the community safe.

14 Gamification & loyalty

UrPrice may offer points, rewards, levels, and promotions. These have no cash value, may change or end at any time, and are subject to any specific rules we publish. We may adjust or revoke rewards obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.

15 Intellectual property

UrPrice, its name, logo, app, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non‑transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform except as allowed by law.

16 Suspension & termination

You may stop using UrPrice and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts you owe, or use the Platform unlawfully or in a way that harms other users, sellers, or UrPrice. Obligations that by their nature should survive — such as payment for completed purchases and winning bids — continue after termination.

17 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error‑free. UrPrice is not the manufacturer of the goods sold by third‑party sellers and is not liable for a seller's products beyond our role as platform and payment/shipping facilitator.

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, UrPrice's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to UrPrice for the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including your rights under consumer‑protection law.

18 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your issue directly.

19 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of UrPrice after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

20 Contact & complaints

You can also report a live show, a user or a listing from inside the app, under Profile → Safety & complaints. That screen carries the moderation address above, and you can report anyone in a live chat by tapping their name. We act on reports about objectionable content within 24 hours.

For consumer complaints in Saudi Arabia you may also use the Ministry of Commerce channels (including the Maroof platform). We aim to resolve every issue quickly — please reach out to us first.
